Verify that "option camera-edge-detect" is enabled in the product firmware. Verify that DCAPI server 2.0.5 or higher is installed, running, and is able to communicate with the device: The DCAPI server's square blue system tray icon should be visible - if not - install DCAPI server 2.0.5 (or later version), or if it was already installed - logout from the workstation and then login again to restart DCAPI. Double click the icon to launch the info dialog; verify the version number from the dialog caption. Verify the "Communication Status" line displays "Active" (green color) - if not, reset the firmware or restart DCAPI by logging out of the workstation and then logging back in.
